Really didn’t want to write anything yesterday because I was devastated by the scales. So I didn’t LOL. But felt bad! The point of this is to share where I’m at whatever happens! Yesterday the scales weighed 16 stone 13! And today after a near perfect weight manage day I’m 16 stone 11. So all is heading in the right direction.
But why the weight gain from somewhere around the 16 - 10 mark to this! I ponder, has the partying of last week finally caught up? Is that a thing? Sounds like something to explore in the True or False podcast! Does it take time for the excess to manifest itself? Or was it post exercise inflammation. I have read before that that’s a thing. I cycled 30 miles - tough miles ‘n’ all! So is it a thing!? Another topic for the podcast.
Or, have i just taken my eye off the ball in the post partying wind down? I did eat a lot on Sunday falling into the age old trap of - it’s ok to eat more because I’ve worked hard. Maybe I didn’t need the two protein bars.
Onward though. Back in the fast lane.
